Louis Stewart is a visionary leader at the forefront of driving innovation and fostering inclusivity in the tech industry. With over 23 years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development, Louis currently serves as the Head of Strategic Initiatives for NVIDIA's Global Developer Ecosystem. In his role, Louis leverages his expertise to cultivate relationships with minority-serving institutions, government entities, industry partners, and affinity groups, to increase tech preparedness, expand the developer base, and nurture a more diverse and inclusive AI community. David is an award-winning engineer, social impact leader, and tech entrepreneur with a passion for creating impactful products and building communities that empower individuals. He is the CEO & CTO of Demystifyd and the Chairman & CEO of Aware.ai, a platform leveraging artificial intelligence to connect women to supportive virtual communities and vital social resources before, during, and after pregnancy
David is a recipient of the Exceptional Ability Green Card award from the United States government for his work on Aware.ai in addressing US Maternal Health Challenges.
Previously, David was the Chief Design Engineer at CTS Corporation, helping to invent and patent smart automotive actuator technologies. He went on to lead innovations at Apple, NVIDIA, and Tesla at the intersections of product design, artificial intelligence, and engineering management – tackling novel technical challenges at the cutting edge of mobile technologies, deep learning GPU design, and self-driving cars.
A licensed US Professional Engineer, David holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Western Michigan University, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Engineering & Technology Innovation Management from Carnegie Mellon University with concentrations in artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship.
David's Graduate work at Harvard University cuts across Data Privacy & AI Technology Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government – further deepening his expertise in innovating technologies that create societal impact.
Thomas J. Arkell is the senior partner in the Dunn Law Firm, LLP, which was founded in 1915. He earned both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the University of Notre Dame and he has been licensed to practice law for over twenty-five years. Mr. Arkell was a F-1 international student and then a permanent resident before obtaining his U.S. citizenship. Tom has extensive expertise in filing National Interest Waiver (NIW) and Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A) immigrant visa petitions for college and university faculty, researchers, qualified Ph.D. students, scientists and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of disciplines including artificial intelligence, physics, chemistry, biology, aerospace, nanotechnology, medicine, engineering, materials science, sociology, aerospace, and genetics.

Mr. Arkell’s approach is meticulous, and his results reflect it. Mr. Arkell’s vast knowledge of the NIW requirements and process allow him to answer client questions immediately and decisively so the NIW petition can be prepared, filed, and approved in an efficient and timely manner. Having gone through the immigration process himself, Mr. Arkell also understands the human element of this process. He respects the importance and urgency felt by his clients to complete the NIW application quickly and successfully so that his clients can concentrate on their field of expertise and not worry about their immigration status in the United States.
Oke D. Onovae is a strategy and operations professional with over a decade of experience in IT and Financial Services sectors. He currently serves as a Global Product Lead at Google, working on products that support Go-to-Market for sales teams that support SMBs globally.
Prior to his role at Google, Oke held positions at Visa, American Express, and Polaris Bank.
Oke holds an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a BSc in Public Health from Babcock University. He also completed an international exchange program at the London Business School. His skills span artificial intelligence, payments, data analysis, competitive intelligence, strategy, impact measurement, and experiment design. Oke has also co-authored two patent applications related to payment authorization and black box model interpretation.
Anum is an experienced Business Planning, Strategy, and Forecasting professional. She has seven years of industry experience in consumer goods manufacturing which has equipped her with the tools to make data-driven decisions through analytical instruments as well as qualitative market and economic research.
Anum values and inculcates clear communication, ambition, and leadership in all teams she works with. She is passionate about initiatives that are making an impact in the world while promoting gender equality for women in developing countries to enter the workforce with ease.
She holds a MSc in Data Analytics and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences. She is currently consulting at the International Finance Corporation in the World Bank Group on developing robust data and financial models for the Business and Administration teams.
